Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Massanutten Resort! This beautifully 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is ideally located just minutes from all the resort’s top amenities, including skiing, water parks, golf, hiking, and more.
Step inside to a bright, open-concept main floor featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, gleaming oak hardwood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace you can enjoy from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining.
Unwind in the spacious great room with a large TV or head outside to one of the largest decks in the resort—perfect for grilling, dining, and relaxing under the stars. The deck includes ample seating, a picnic table, and a propane griddle (propane provided).

Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bath, TV
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, TV
Third Bedroom: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners
Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check

This is a great property but the Air Conditioning Failing definitely made for an uncomfortable stay for one of nights. That said, the owner did have 4 portable units installed and delivered which made it a lot better. There is also a really nice hot tub that is not mentioned in the listing. Would be good to mention that. Overall, if the air conditioner got replaced/fixed I would stay here again.

This is an awesome property for 2 families or a small group right in Massanutten resort. Property was very clean and the game room and downstairs living room was great. The kitchen was very nice but the dishwasher could use replacing and perhaps a fresh set of cooking utensils.The deck in the front of the property is a great place to relax and have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening -- we were visited by several deer every day!Also a quick note - the driveway is rather steep and spills out to a residential road and it's very difficult to see when backing out -- recommend turning around in the driveway area instead of backing out. This was a bit of a challenge in our Chevy Suburban but not that big of a deal, just an FYI. With more than 1 car up there it might get tight. The property is not directly associated with Massanutten resort but did have a pool pass and "pay to play" access to the other resort amenities. Not being familiar with the are I think that could be communicated more directly in the ad. Access to the river and Shenandoah national park was easy, about a 30 minute drive (10 minutes of which is just getting off of the Massanutten resort). This is the real reason we were there and the balance of a comfortable house and access to the park was unbeatable.

The house gave us what we needed, but not knowing the area and lack of house security made it a little challenging. But overall, we were satisfied.
