Comfortable vacation apartment Ankerplatz in a quiet location - Ferienwohnung Ankerplatz

This bright, 2-room vacation apartment—furnished with an eye for detail and featuring a separate entrance—measures approximately 50 m². The apartment has two separate bedrooms and accommodates up to 3 people. In the basement area, you’ll find yourself right in the cozy kitchen-living room with a dining area. A hallway with a coat closet leads to the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), while the other has a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a lower sleeping area measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m and an upper sleeping area measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m.
The vacation rental includes a terrace with patio furniture, a grill, and a separate bike shed. You’re welcome to store your bicycles and beach gear here. A small green area in front of the vacation rental is perfect for children to play.
Two free parking spaces are available for your use. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee. A washing machine is available for use for a fee. It is located in the utility room next to the bathroom.



The comfortable Pröse 1 vacation rental is located in a renovated townhouse-style building in a traffic-calmed area. In addition, on the upper floor, there is our one-room vacation apartment, Pröse 2, which features a large rooftop terrace.
Our accommodations are a great starting point for wonderful days by the sea and for activities on the sunny island of Usedom. Upon arrival, park your car in the fenced-in parking space reserved just for you. From there, you can access the Pröse 1 vacation apartment via the terrace, which is equipped with a table and patio furniture for your use. The vacation apartment also opens onto a garden area with a lockable bike shed. There you’ll also find a grill that you’re welcome to use outdoors.
There is also a parking space on the property for the Pröse 2 vacation rental. The entire property is fenced in. There is an additional rental apartment in the house. As your hosts, we warmly welcome you to our vacation apartments.
