    The staff was 10/10 but the actual of the rooms given were maybe not serviced or something...but it became hot on summer night

    I had booked a stay at this property from 4th July to 5th July. The property is very beautiful, rooms are well designed and spacious. Since it was raining, there was a leakage from our roof directly on the bed, the solution was to shift the bed as it was twin bed combined together to make a double bed, there was a power cut in the middle of the night, generator backup lasted till 5am in the morning, then there was no power till we checked out till 10 am, We had asked for hot water for my son's bath which reached us when we were already having our breakfast and ready to leave. the flush in the toilet malfunctioned, we were told that it can be repaired only in the morning as there was no staff available. Staff does multi tasking .Staff is very patient and helpful. Food was good however I ate a chicken starter which was pan grilled using mustard oil which I am allergic to. Menu did not mentioned that pan fried starters are made using mustard oil .This needs to be stated clearly in the menu.. So overall my stay was not pleasant and I will not recommend this property especially in rainy season.

    We visited Tiki farms on the weekend. It's a big property.. (mismanaged ) as of now. The parking is still under construction and there's no shed for the vehicles. The rooms were big and nice.. though. Though they are understaffed, the service was good. Now comes the food. Whatever you see on the menu 90% of the things are not available...only a select few items are available. We tried indian food it was decent..not great and not bad either. For dinner we tried chinese, it didn't feel like chinese it felt like someone tried to make Chinese but failed to do so..when we returned that order the owner itself came to the table and started questioning if we knew chinese food. When we met him during the checkin he was pretty jolly and welcoming but his whole behaviour changed when we returned the food, and he accepted to return the food in a manner like he was doing us a favour. (FYI the food bill for lunch and dinner was 65% of the total booking amount) The breakfast was not at all good so we skipped it altogether. The property is very big but the food needs to catch up..a little ownership and change in behaviour of the owner from the owner side will go a long way.
