    No towels n soap in room. Bedsheet dirty with black dirty stains They didn't change bedsheet but gave new ones after 1 hour Towel after 2 hours No battery in TV remote Tv Wi-Fi not working as wifi range very far near reception which is 10 mins away. Given wrong room (stone room) initially and later after 1 hour shown other rooms and given a shared room private villa. Instead single private room as booked. It was sold off. All-time got wasted seeing rooms as i corrected room and they were located far at 5-10 mins distance Lights went off , not started with inverter , came after 15 mins. No one there to attend the service immediately. Service very slow even if it's a Monday. Food was good in taste and staff coperate to wait to give lunch untill 3.30 pm
