Very nice, clean and sufficient kitchen equipment, amazing view from the balcony! Very nice host.

The WiFi was at times a bit slow/ didn’t work and the water rather cold, but perfect for the outside temperatures.

Easy check in, someone there to meet us, modern apartment. We needed the weigh our luggage, the host lent us their luggage scale. The TV had the Amazon Prime app so we were able to watch our programs in the evening.

The host wasn't in the country and didn't tell us his cousin would collect the money. We had to verify who it was first. The apartment doesn't have an oven, sieve or corkscrew. The major failing, for us, was the owner told us there was a secure luggage store in reception, when we asked at reception we were simply told - NO! We contacted the owner who promised to check and get back to us....we're still waiting. As a result of this we couldn't attend an event we'd booked and had to wait for 5 hours in the waiting area until our ride arrived.

Choose this apartment due to very central location of Colombo city.we wanted to have minimum of 30 min walking distance and easy to hire taxi....and I wasn't disappointed. Apartment in perfect condition....has all necessary amenities...check in is smooth. Owner very friendly. Used cooking facilities to prepare our meals....and just chill on the balcony overlooking Colombo city. Apartment is on the 35 floor....also has public pool, seating area and gym...and a rooftop bar. Definitely recommend if you are looking for privacy.
