L’accoglienza non ha eguali! Straordinaria! Appartamento bellissimo e molto pulito, disponibilità e cortesia che non si trovano quasi mai. Un amore per il proprio paese che viene condiviso anche con gli ospiti. Forse uno dei migliori soggiorni di sempre.

The Manor 1926這棟建築落成於 1926 年，曾是中國、日本…等外交官官邸。至今雖已百歲，但那厚達 26 英寸的磚牆、精緻的緬甸柚木門窗、窗戶上精雕細琢的銅桿，以及超高天花板，經過後代修復與重新演繹，如今已轉型為兼具昔日風華與現代舒適家居的高級旅館，處處可見用心與巧思。 主廚是一位已為歷代屋主掌廚40年的資深廚娘，旅館提供住客的經典斯里蘭卡餐點真材實料且十分好吃。

喜歡窗子很多又很大 但都用薄紗窗簾 雖然庭院極專屬走廊少有人走動 但感覺還是有點不自在

I loved the first welcome (it was midnight), the friendly service where nothing seemed too hard, the spacious accommodation and relatively quiet location. The food was home cooked, full of variety, fresh, great value, tasty and in quantities I simply couldn't finish. The meal times were whatever I chose. Having a mini kitchen meant I could make my own cups of tea and breakfast. But the host, and his staff, were the best I have ever had, anywhere. They were simply superb. I felt safe and secure. I received advice on how to get around and a warm welcome on my return. For all of this, the price was extremely reasonable. The meal and laundry prices were also good value. The wifi was also pretty decent (50Mbps up and down).

I would have liked a firmer mattress, a stronger shower and brighter lights.
