The area and location was excellent, very near to sea and all facilities. A good halal restaurant is just opposite the property. Few Malls are with the reach. The facility is good and clean as well.
The bathroom was clean and tidy. Room was spacious good to go. Extra sitting chairs were there. Outside the room kitchen was available with all accessories to cook anything.

location in Colombo 3 was great, apartment is nice, there is a shared kitchen one can use,
you can also use a laundry machine for 400 Rupee
the tax rate and additional charges may surprise you and make the apartment more expensive than comparable stays (2 nights for 40 USD plus 16 USD additional charges)
