Апартаменты находятся на тихой и уютной улице, недалеко от моря — пешком около 5–7 минут. Есть две большие террасы. Рядом расположено множество кафе и продуктовых магазинов. Апартаменты очень просторные. Мы отдыхали тремя семьями, и всем было комфортно — места хватало для общения и отдыха, совершенно не возникало ощущения тесноты. В каждой комнате установлен кондиционер, кровати удобные. Мебель и ремонт не новые, но это совершенно не влияет на качество отдыха. Для семей с маленькими детьми это даже может быть преимуществом, так как не приходится постоянно переживать, что ребёнок случайно что-то повредит или испачкает. В апартаментах есть абсолютно всё необходимое и даже больше: разнообразная кухонная утварь, детские игрушки, постельное бельё на любой случай, средства для стирки, пляжные принадлежности и принадлежности для барбекю. Всё продумано до мелочей, что делает пребывание очень комфортным. Живя здесь, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Как и в любом жилье, здесь есть небольшие нюансы, но многочисленные достоинства апартаментов полностью их компенсируют. В итоге остаются только приятные впечатления и желание вернуться снова. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку апартаментов — прекрасную, доброжелательную и отзывчивую женщину. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и будем рекомендовать эти апартаменты друзьям и знакомым.

Небольшим замечанием может быть необходимость прочистить слив в душевой, так как вода уходила не очень быстро. В остальном всё было отлично.

This is a wonderful apartment, clean, bright, with everything you need, close to the beach, and with very friendly owners.

Communication with the owner, the in-person welcome on our arrival day, the key handover and departure instructions were exemplary. The flat is very conveniently located as its close to the promenade, bus stops and amenities. The maisonette flat is large and bright. The four bedrooms provided ample space for our party of five adults. The three balconies provide an additional level of luxury and views onto the stunning mountain range. There is a little cafe on the ground floor of the building, but we did not visit it on this occasion. There are multiple restaurants nearby.

Although very well equipped, soft furnishings are slightly dated and might benefit from an update, but this did not impact on the excellent quality of our stay. The flat is situated on the third floor and might not be suitable for customers who are physically less able as there is no lift.

It was late when we arrived. The brother of the owner was at the place. He was a nice young man who helped us to carry our suitcases up to the apartment/flat as there was no lift/elevator. He was very good at English and shared many helpful information. A lots of toys, slippers, parasol, … left by previous guests were available. The flat was large and bright and placed in a quiet area, far from heavy traffic. There were many restaurants, stores and shops close to the flat. Be careful while crossing the streets! You could find almost anything you needed for cooking in the kitchen, some spices as well. The flat was clean in general but not everywhere.

You could hear music from nearby restaurants and flats until late. One should remember that the flat was built many years ago and the furniture was used and a bit chipped, which you can't see in the pictures. The bathrooms had black spots in the corners. After showering the water did not pour out. The drain was blocked due to a large amount of hair. The flat description stated free toiletries were stated. But there was only a couple of toilet paper pieces left on the roll on and a couple on the spare roll, in a basket next to the toilet. It was the same for kitchen tissue roll. On some double beds there was a thin, small (not big enough for two people) bedspread but no duvets. We wrote to the owner and asked. She replied that we should find spare duvets in cabinets, but we only found two pillows without any bedding linen. As it was late, we didn’t ask more questions and let our 170 cm tall daughter use a baby duvet that had linen. The day after, when we asked again, the owner mentioned that inside the bed in the main bedroom there was storage where we could find more blankets and duvets, which were plenty. But at least one duvet had a large yellow spot on it. In the kitchen, we had to clean around cabinet doorknobs, both in- and outsides and wash a lot of dishes, cutleries and glasses that still had lipstick stains on. We cleaned all doorknobs and sockets from dirty spots. The refrigerator had no lighting. Wi-Fi was slow, and the connections dropped periodically. The electric stove-top had a huge deep scratch in one corner. We had hold onto the socket plate when unplugging something; otherwise, the entire plate and the wires behind it risked coming out of the wall. One socket in the upper bathroom had a gap behind it where you could see the wiring. The doors to the balconies and terraces were tough to lock and required force. The big terrace goes all around the building, so you want to lock that door to be able to keep guests of the neighbouring apartment out.
