Хорошее расположение, тихое и спокойное место. Рядом магазин A101, набережная. Самое то для прогулок. В аппартаментах был кондиционер, на каждом из этажей. Очень радушный прием от Рустама и Гульнар. Ребята молодцы, очень отзывчивые при возникновении любых вопросов, в том числе доставки продуктов на дом. Есть общественный утюг с гладильной доской. В квартире есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, плита и холодильник. Вся техника исправна. Все чисто.
Было бы неплохо улучшить косметический набор для ванной. Можно добавить одноразовую зубную щетку, поработать над качеством шампуней и гелей для душа, добавить мочалку и т д, а еще маловато пространства для хранения вещей (небольшой шкаф)

Много места, при заезде было чисто.
Уборка за неделю не проводилась ни разу. Даже не выбрасывали мусор.
