We stayed here for two nights at the end of our holiday to be near to the airport and get a chance to see some of Antalya including the Duden Falls. The suite is large and was very clean and well cared for. We were met on arrival and given the key even though we were early. Entry code and wifi code were written down for us. All facilities were as listed. We did sit by the pool but did not swim in it (we had rain the day of arrival). It is a short walk to the lower Duden falls and staying here you can take advantage of seeing them in day and night. It is a wonderful sight for free. We travelled by bus to the old town and Hadrian's Gate. It was one bus around 40 minutes but less than £1. We took a taxi to the Upper Falls and came back by two buses. Our host was helpful and booked local taxis for our trip to the airport and bus station. Highly recommended.

We aimed at staying one night in Antalya before our flight. Hotels near the airport seemed very frustrating due very bad reviews, so we decided to choose this place though it was located a but far from the airport (I had saved this option previously, when we had considered staying in Antalya more than 1 night). I booked the apt, and contacted the host here on Booking asking about the price for the airport transfer. The reply was 50 EUR. The amount seemed crazy, but meanwhile the host indicated another price for the same service on WhatsApp. The amount indicated was 30 EUR (35 USD). I confirmed this price with the host twice and stated twice that we require a child seat, so the host promised that there would be a child seat, as they provide it per request. Just before our arrival when I contacted the host on WhatsApp, he stated that the price for the airport transfer was 35 EUR, not 30 EUR. When I provided screenshots to him, he said that OKay, he would cover the rest by himself. It was uncomfortable to get such a message from the host, but I didn’t show that for us it was kind of rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, a woman was waiting for us in the premises. She gave us the key, got 35 USD for the transfer and left. The apt itself was fair. The ceiling was high, and the design of the rooms was made in white and light colors.

However, there was a vivid smell of cheap furniture made of cheap wood (one could smell it when the windows were closed). Additionally, there was an impression that the apt hadn’t been cleaned just before our arrival, but many-many days before. We stated there for a while and thought that despite of the smell, it was very quiet and calm there. Later we left for a walk. During the walk, we met a group of people who said that the cost to the airport from that place should be not more than 600 Liras (approx 10 USD). So, you know what it means ;) When we returned to the premises, we found out that somebody had started to drill smth somewhere near. It was not in the property itself, but it was quite noisy for a while. Additionally, planes changed their root, and a loud sound of planes’ engines started to be heard in the apartment. We closed the windows and went to sleep. Additionally, very uncomfortable and hard mattresses on beds as well as slippery linen should be mentioned. We spent a very uncomfortable night and left to the airport on the ordered airport shuttle WITHOUT a child seat!! Who knows,. may be the host forgot about this request, or may be it was done on purpose!? One final point, when I contacted the host, he never asked me whether I am a Sir or a Madam. He always treated me «Sir»)) It was quite strange, as I am a Madam :) One final hint to the host: it is better to google client’s name before treating him or her. Additionally, a sign of good manners is to treat a person «Sir or Madam».
