Alloggio ampio e ben organizzato, ideale per gruppi di amici. Gli spazi sono nuovi, curati nei dettagli e dotati di tutti i comfort necessari. La struttura è completamente attrezzata e permette di soggiornare in totale comodità fin dal primo momento. Eravamo 4 amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La posizione è leggermente distante dai principali punti di interesse, per cui è consigliato avere un mezzo di trasporto. Noi avevamo noleggiato degli scooter, soluzione pratica e comoda per spostarsi senza difficoltà.

Excellent value for money. The apartment has a keypad lock at the entrance, which is very convenient for four people (no need to carry keys). The apartment is very spacious—simple yet stylish. The internet connection was very reliable. We were working remotely, and it was comfortable to set up workspaces for all four of us without disturbing each other. The host was always quick to respond to our questions and kindly allowed us to use his bicycle. There is a market just a 2-minute walk away where you can buy groceries at very reasonable prices, and plenty of cafés nearby for a quick meal. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would be happy to stay here again!

At times, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom on the third floor, and there seemed to be a leak from either the shower or the toilet—we couldn’t quite determine which one. If this issue is fixed, the place would be a 10 out of 10.
