Perfect spot, location is excellent, the resort is delightful and the staff were incredibly kind.

Location is perfect, easy walking distance to a couple of beautiful beaches and lots of nice little eateries around the area. The resort itself is just lovely, the houses are just wonderful, excellent for families, really spacious and spotlessly clean, the staff are super kind and friendly and always on hand to help with anything. Will definitely return on our next visit to Khao Lak.

Very pleasant, but property needs updating especially safety standards.

Staff, especially manager, very helpful. Rooms large and good fans, air conditioning. Peaceful setting.

Safety standards: the first floor balconies very unsafe for the children, too easy for them to slip through the open railings and fall. the doors from the bedrooms onto the balconies had very inadequate locks. This was a worry throughtout our stay. Generally, the place is in need of some renovation. A little more equipment in each house would be good. Some facilities listed on Booking. Com were absent.

Pleasant

Spacious, very clean, and excellent response from staff when needed something. Also, housekeeping provided daily if needed.

The couch is very hard, not comfortable to relax. The smell from the toilet and shower drain was pretty bad in one of the bedrooms, maybe only a problem in unit C5. We reported to the staff who put some stuff to fix the odour but didn't work.

excellent apartments very spacious full self catering facilities beautifully done family and friends really enjoyed there stay swimming pool bbq area available very comfortable definitely recommend for families we had cars so we went everywhere we’ve stayed in Khao Lak over 20 times in the last 15yrs in different resorts hotels ect the staff were excellent 10/10 for that as my back ground is customer service we will be back thanks for your hospitality

Uitdagende bestemming maar uiteindelijk heerlijk gehad

De rust en het strand is werkelijk buitengewoon met hele goede restaurantjes, gratis bedjes en schommels. Ook massage, nagelstudio etc. op het strand

Er lopen honden en er is een hondenzwembad. Er ging een grote hond poepen bij ons terras. Buitenmeubels en zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe. Overal moet je een taxi voor laten komen want niets is echt op loopafstand en lopen kun je alleen over de snelweg

Excellent séjour à Isara avec nos enfants

Très grand appartement, avec personnel très agréable . L’appartement était parfaitement propre , une literie de qualité . La piscine est très agréable . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour avec nos enfants .

Verblijf prima locafie afgelegen personeel ver te zoeken

Goed appartement afgelegen dus veel privacy. Lekker ruim. Je heb wel echt een auto of scooter nodig want anders kom je nergens. Er rijden ook niet veel taxi’s of tuktuk. Het is afgelegen.

Het lijkt op booking op een hotel. Maar het zijn appartementen. Het vervelende is dat in het hoofd gebouw bijna nooit iemand is. Dus als je wilt dat je kamer wordt schoongemaakt of je heb iemand nodig moet je gaan zoeken en bellen en berichten om iemand te vinden van de accommodatie. Ook als je een boordje ophangt om schoon te maken komt er niemand dus moet je opzoek naar iemand die je handdoeken komt verwisselen en de vuilnisbakken komt legen. Dat was een groot min punt voor ons. Zelfs toen we moesten uit checken om 12:00 en onze taxi al klaar stond. Waren we nog aan het bellen en aan het zoeken naar iemand waar we de sleutel konden achter laten.

Mega widok z okna, można powiedzieć - dżungla za oknem + jej odgłosy, pomimo tego czuliśmy się bezpiecznie (chodzi o zwierzęta). Komarów umiarkowna ilość (po widoku z okna spodziewałem się ich znacznie więcej - co oczywiście jest na plus - ich brak) Bardzo przestronny dom, wygodne łóżka i przestronna łazienka/i

Obiekt ma juz swoje lata i niektóre rzeczy wymagałyby delikatnego odświeżenia - drzwi na taras opadły tak że za każdym razem jak je otwieraliśmy - chyba cała okolica o tym słyszała 😅

Günstige und geräumige Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Pärchen. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mobil ist. Gute Ausstattung, bequemes Sofa und Bett. Der Garten und Pool sind schön.

Im Baderzimmer hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Wenn man die Lüftung angemacht hat, hat es noch intensiver danach gerochen. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam am nächsten Tag Jemand vorbei, um das Problem zu lösen. Die Dame war 2 min da, sie hat etwas in den Abfluss geschüttet und ist wieder gegangen. Der Geruch war danach ein wenig schwächer aber nach wie vor da. Die Küchenausstattung war schlecht. Es war von allen zu wenig vorhanden. Es hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir immer auswärts essen gegangen sind.
