Comfortable stay and great communication with the host
Owner was really quick to respond! The helper was also friendly and did her best to communicate with us. Facilities were also great. Gated porch area large enough to fit 3 medium sized cars, a plus when travelling by car.
Just a small detail – some of the sofas had stains, but expected when staying in a place with fabric furniture.

Perfect Khao Lak holiday home
The property was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the main road. The property has two buildings, each with two individual living arrangements...you can choose to connect or not. Each bedroom can sleep up to 4, with one large double bed and two pull out singles. New wardrobes, and clean bathroom with shower. Simple kitchenette in each separate unit. Very clean!!! Nice pool and large covered outdoor dining /cooking /BBQ area. Each day we also got a great surprise with the fresh towels, as the housekeeper is an expert origami towel folder!

The perfect base for a group visiting Khao Lak
The pool, the location (close to family living in Khao Lak) & the privacy of our room whilst still close to family in the other rooms. The outdoor kitchen was good for the little time we used it. We had daily deliveries of water & towels etc. The owner & everyone we had contact with were friendly, welcoming & very flexible. We arrived a few hours early, on a morning flight, and they stored our cases & bags. They even gave us a lift to a nearby beach, to wait to check in. They then picked us up later, to bring us back to the property to check in. They really did go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
It would have been useful, maybe, to have an information book explaining the basics of the property.
