The property had modern appliances and the overall feel and look of the apartment was quite modern and spacious.
We really loved the proximity to the mall and tube stations. Although there was construction going on outside, we couldn’t hear any of the noise once the windows were shut.
We were disappointed to find out that although we were at the property for a month, we couldn’t use any of the on site facilities like the gym, pool and the concierge. Also, although the unit we stayed in was nice, it was not the unit that was advertised when I booked the property.

The location was excellent—very close to the mall and the underground. Claudia was a wonderful host; she offered us an upgrade to different appartment with AC and made sure we felt comfortable and had a great holiday. Sonia was also incredibly supportive, always responding quickly and helping us resolve any issues during our stay. We would definitely stay at their apartments again
Our upgrade was to a new apartment, which wasn’t fully ready yet. We had a couple of issues with the AC—first in the living room and then in the bedroom—and a few items were missing. However, Sonia made sure everything was delivered within the first week of our stay. It was a little inconvenient since we had to adjust our plans and stay in the apartment during maintenance, but the team worked hard to fix everything promptly, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay
