We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The check-in and check-out were smooth and well explained, with clear information throughout. Great location close to Holland Park tube station and a very nice posh neighbourhood. The apartment itself is beautiful — cosy, comfortable, and very welcoming. We felt at home straight away and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and in a great location — quiet, yet close to Holland Park and Notting Hill. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking during our stay. Matteo was an excellent host — responsive, thoughtful, and made the check-in process completely seamless. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to London.

The location
No AC in the middle of a hot summer, the shower was stuck on hot for days, until it was forcefully changed to cold - we thought we were gonna break it. There was a very precarious railing on the stairs - not suitable for children.
