The property was in a good location and easy to navigate around London
We had problems paying a security deposit due to not having a UK sim(£250)and as we were all in our 60s we found this very difficult we were outside of the accomodation for an hr trying to get it paid wouldn’t stay there again

The location is great. The grocery store just next store. Good restaurants near by. Clean place
Broken tea pot. No coffee maker. Broken clothes washer. Slow response from property management. Expensive. Poor mattresses . Stain on mattress. Sheets that didn’t fit. Noisy in summer when windows are open.
