City-view Studio near Ayala & SM

大型ショッピングモールに近く、移動にも便利。 部屋からの景観も良かった

湯沸かしポットがちょっと汚くて使えなかった

The place is very clean, smells great, and is in a super convenient location—I could walk to Ayala Center. The appliances are useful, especially the hair dryer when you’re in a rush. It has Netflix, the wall art is aesthetic without cheesy quotes, the bed is incredibly soft, and the curated books are perfect for unwinding at night or passing time during travel. ♥️

The water pressure is on the stronger side, so if it isn’t adjustable, a quick guide on how to use it would be really helpful. As a small future upgrade, an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice bonus. Otherwise, the bathroom is very clean and well kept.

Very convenient to all big shopping malls. Everything is organized by the host.

Land Mark to locate City View, should be Taft Eastgate.

Location is perfect , straight near all important locations and shops. Really easy check-in / check-out. Property is easy to locate.

All my previous stays in Philippines all of the condos/flats where providing next free of charge (even for longer stays (up to 1 month)) : 1. Gallon of water 2. Netflix (wasn’t available on TV ) 3. Free access to pool (despite the fact that in property description its not mentioned but you will need to pay 200 peso / person / every day of usage of pool) 4. Normal internet connection (this time connection was dropping constantly, even TV refused to open youtube app) 5. Cleaning could be improved , also as some decorative painting could be done to refresh property 6. Constant smell in bathroom (probably due to the absence of extraction fan)
