Les Rolliannes Maison au village

De woning was schoon, mooi ingericht en ruim. De tuin was ideaal voor onze hond. De eigenaren waren erg behulpzaam bij het terugsturen van een vergeten item.

Tip: Wij waren maar met z'n tweeën, maar wanneer je met meer personen verblijft, dan zou een extra fauteuil in de woonkamer prettig zijn.

Bed was a little uncomfortable (firm mattress) and the location is a little isolated for getting food due to lack of restaurants or shops within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable and very pretty village. Catered well for our two small children

Great accommodation for a family with children under 5 years old. The kids enjoyed playing football in the garden and spending time in the games room. It was easy to find with the sat nav (though we didn't realize at first that the "no entry" sign doesn't apply to residents of the road) and easy to park. Lots of child friendly items provided, including two high chairs and two baby beds. Good shower. Oil was provided for frying and we found the hobs heated quickly and were fairly easy to use.

The oven only had one wire rack shelf (we couldn't find another oven tray) so we could only cook one pizza at a time. Also no baking paper or aluminium foil was provided so we had to buy that ourselves. There is no supermarket nearby but that was ok for us as the Carrefour Contact in Licques was only 5-10 mins away by car. A minor point is that plastic cutlery, plates and cups might have been nice to have for the children.
