Great location
Upon arrival, we found the room to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. I immediately sent an email to report the issue, and was asked to submit photos as evidence. On Friday morning, I provided the requested images, as we had arrived after 10 PM the night before. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive a response until checkout day. At that time, I was informed that had I reached out sooner, housekeeping would have been sent.
The room's condition included a dirty stovetop and countertops, mysterious splatter on the refrigerator, dirt and garbage behind the pullout bed, and what appeared to be feces on the closet floor.
