Multiple beds, good AC, very clean & all the amenities are nearby the hotel (Walmart, gas station, buffets, etc). Motivated to come back next year
It was our first trip in the hotel, we had a bit of complications with check in because there wasn’t any clear information with who to go to and where. It’s like there’s 3 hotels in one. We went to the office in Landmark hotel & talked with a lady at the front desk, she had said that it was around the landmark area but didn’t know where. We called the phone number attached to the reservation & waited almost an hour. But we got help from a lady in the call. It would help a lot if in the future there could be clear information to as where the office may be for the located room, or the hotel itself, to prevent future issues. Very much appreciated

I liked the hotel overall it was very clean. The pools were awesome so many to choose from and they were heated. All the staff were very friendly and the Latitude restaurant had great food and drinks that are strong! I did like the layout of the condo especially the bathroom almost like a jack and jill.
Where to start! I was never contacted by the owners of the hotel until i had to message Booking.com and ask them to contact the host because it was 30 mins before check in and the people at the front desk stated that they did not have a room booked for me so I was panicking to say the least!! When the host finally messaged at 3:55pm and told me how to get in the room. The room smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in! The beds were literally falling off the frame my son was scared to sleep on the bed because it was moving so much so he slept on the couch. You have to have an access key to get in anywhere in the hotel so if you are a family of 4 it is going to be a pain to coordinate who has the key!! There was not one frying pan(there is now that I purchased it), baking sheets, or oven mitts . Plenty of pots, 3 coffee makers, nice set of knifes, and an air fryer. Make sure you slam the refrigerator door or your food will spoil. Most of the outlet were worn out nothing would stay plugged in.
