Very easy to get into room without any interaction. No long wait in the lobby. Show up to the hotel and go to your room. Sooo nice

it was clean and had everything we needed! the kids enjoyed the location being in the beach and the pools, lazy rivers and it was close to everything!!
they were having issues with the outdoor hot tub that out the outdoor pool out of order, Bummer! but things happen!!

Ocean front and lots of things for young kids to do.
Couldn’t take a shower. The shower did not work, only the tub.
