Early Departure Due to Issues with the Apartment

Great location

We are very disappointed with our stay. The walls are extremely thin, and we could not sleep due to significant noise from the neighbors. For a family traveling with a small baby, this is simply unacceptable. Proper rest is essential, and unfortunately we did not get any. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The bed linen did not feel fresh, and the bedsheet was heavily pilled. The towels also did not feel fresh, and we found hairs in the sink upon arrival. Due to these issues, we decided to leave one day earlier than planned.

Very spacious property in a perfect location

Property location was Great, upon entry you noticed how presented it was a so clean, Sofa was really comfortable along with the Double Bed in the main bedroom, fully functional kitchen which was spotless. The host was very quick in sending details over with pictures which helped greatly

Good for a short stay

A lovely little flat which was good for a short stay. It was really great to have off-street parking outside. The bathroom is huge with a rather lovely shower. Good cooking facilities and nice to have a dining table and a washing machine. The sofa bed was fine for a child and the big bed was comfy. I liked that there were sockets for charging nearby. The host was nice and friendly, answering queries promptly and solved the issue that came up really quickly.

Noise from the neighbours (TV and talking) really came through the walls which kept me awake late. Ants had found the kitchen and were a little distracting - couldn't leave any food out and was very wary with small child around them. The TV internet wasn't fast enough to actually stream anything, which was a bit disappointing.

Good value for money and fantastic, quiet location.

The property was just a short walk away from the village and it was a bonus that we had an off road car parking space.

Can’t complain about the property itself as it was lovely, but the owner provided a travel cot and high chair which was really helpful but unfortunately one of the straps was broken on the high chair and one side of the cot wouldn’t fix into place properly. Might be worth taking your own travel cot if you stay at this property with a baby.

Spoilt as lack of sleep due to adjoining neighbours noise

Location was good

1st and second night neighbours noisy but bearable 3rd night Very Noisy kept awake till after 3am left day early not suitable for a relaxing time away

Good price.

Found ants in kitchen. Then bathroom. Then, later, in my luggage. The wall between units is quite thin, so when the family next door wakes up at 6AM, so does yours.

It needed a more comfortable sofa to sit on. Soda beds aren't great for sitting or sleeping on.

Good value for money stay at Bourton-on-the-water

Ease of access to central locations 10 min by walking. Special parking and garden was great. Kitchen utensils were new. Entire flat was clean.

Sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep. Double bed (spring) at bedroom was too soft and not comfortable for us.

We enjoyed our stay and the area.

The flat was in a good location within walking distance for the area we was visiting. It was clean/tidy, nice touches with tea, sugar, coffee and milk, had every thing needed for our stay

The mattress could do with an upgrade as you could hear the springs pinging every time you moved. Could do with towel rails by the sink and shower instead of being the other side of the bathroom because once you have washed/showered and got the towel water has dripped over the floor.
