perfect location at end of dead end road. 100ft from the famous waterside Burton walkway, shops and dining. Could not have been happier.

We couldn't exactly find the cottage (we were walking around the neighborhood), however, I called the office and was quickly directed to the lockbox. I had missed an email with these specific instructions! Cottage was like out of a storybook. Our family of 3 had plenty of space. There was one top floor (attic) room we did not used. There was a bottle of Prosecco, an assortment of tea and a few snacks left for us. Cozy and oh so lovely! LOVED the location.
I received so many (too many) emails in the weeks leading up to my arrival. I wasn't sure if they were duplicates or new information. It was a little overwhelming - that part could be streamlined to be more clear. Also, the emails should have all of the info OR have all info easily accessible in the Booking.com app. It wasn't clear how to locate specifics easily. Booking.com app is not user friendly.

Beautiful village and nice cottage; but Bourton on the Water on a bank holiday is vastly overcrowded
The rules saying absolutely "no check in before 6pm" and "must check out by 9am" essentially removed the 1st and last days of our holiday
