Lovely quiet apartment on Giudecca. Lots of room, everything I needed. The roof terrace was great! The apartment is very roomy, the shower is nicely powerful, and there were plenty of towels etc. Excellent communication with Serena throughout the booking process and for check in. Value for money. Overall - I had a wonderful week in Venice and the lagoon, and having this apartment as a base was a significant part of that.
At the beginning of my stay, Serena let me know that the Wifi wasn't working; it didn't get fixed during my week-long stay. I didn't need it, and hopefully it's been fixed by now. There is a small intermittent leak from the toilet onto the floor - I've let Serena know. As others have said - the spiral stairs would be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.

Onze gast en eigenaresse van het verblijf Serena was erg aardig en erg behulpzaam. We hadden een leuk verblijf tijdens onze korte vakantie daar.
Wist niet dat de woning 3 verdiepingen had. Dacht dat alles op 1 vloer was. Voor 1 van ons was het minder leuk want ze heeft pijn aan haar heup. Maar het was oke. En de rooftop was dan ook helemaal top. Alle benodigdheden waren er op de waterkoker na. Gelukkig was er wel een pan om water te koken voor thee.

Sur l'île de Giudecca, proche du vaporetto Redentore, ce joli appartement sur trois niveaux est charmant. Tout en haut, depuis la chambrette à un lit, la terrasse avec vue sur Venise, San Marco. L'accueil souriant et très professionnel apporte une touche appréciable.
L'isolation avec l'appartement voisin est perfectible. J'ai eu la chance que les personnes ont été raisonnables avec la musique: plus aucun son depuis 21:00.
