No AC (no cold air nor some AC noise to cover cars noises).
Located on a semi-busy street, so you may occasionally hear loud cars passing by, especially since the room doesn't have AC and windows might be open. Also, keep in mind that the parking is located on a steep hill across the street, about a 150-meter walk away. This could be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage or a stroller.
