It was clean and quiet over night and fairly close to restaurants. Parking available for bikes in the building yard. Owner was very helpfull and quick to reply.
I had a small issue with the shower head leaking. Still usable but leaking. Also the bathroom is a bit small and the shower is actually the bathroom. The mattress is not the best one, but decent.

Check in process was very smooth, all information was given on time and was clear. The place was clean and it had everything needed. Very close to the city center. Parking was a bit hard.
It was very dark and the bed was not very comfortable.
