The staff were super nice and friendly, the rate was an absolute steal and the room with the pyramid view was so niceee… the service and breakfast was great and the 24/7rooftop bar/restaurant was so nice during day and night
shower was a little smaller than expected and the shower head holder did not fit the actual shower head. The Tv was not working during our stay and the elevator made a loud noise everytime it opened on our floor which was a little annoying but tbh, i didn’t mind.

Property was just value for money all
The receptionist committed a private hotel car from hotel to Cairo downtown in USD 20. We agreed to pay more just to avoid hassle. Eventually they booked uber for us in USD3 and lied to us that it was hotel car. I just dont understand why Egypt is all about lies and cheating !!
