Peter's Apartments

Pietro is a fantastic host—very kind, helpful, and patient. He was always available and happy to help whenever we needed anything. The location of the hotel was ideal for us and our commitments. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the beach or in the city center, I would recommend having a bike or a car, the property has a parking space which is super convenient. Though if you get a car be mindful that parking in Pescara (center and Riviera) can become quite challenging during the summer months. There are also two major supermarkets nearby: Eurospin is just a short walk away, while Conad is a little farther but still easily accessible. Despite the fact that the property is located right on the main road, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet, and we didn’t experience any issues with traffic noise. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was definitely appreciated during the summer. Overall, a very pleasant stay, made even better by Pietro’s hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing major, but there are a couple of minor points worth mentioning. The bathroom can develop a drainage smell if the window is not kept open, so some ventilation is needed. The apartment is also located on a surprisingly busy road. This wasn’t an issue at night, as the bedroom was very quiet, but the traffic could be a little noticeable and occasionally annoying during dinner, especially if you’re sitting near the door. That said, neither of these points was a major issue for us or detracted significantly from the overall experience. Given the location, comfort, and excellent hospitality, they were very minor trade-offs.

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. WIr haben vor der Ankunft den Code für die Schlüsselbox erhalten sowie weitere nützliche Infomationen. Es ist alles sehr neu und wirklich super sauber. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Das Bett und die Matratze sind super bequem, es ist sehr ruhig, ob wohl das Haus an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Das Bad und die Dusche sind angenehm groß. Es standen einige Kleinigkeiten für ein Frühstück in der Küche, das fanden wir sehr nett. Fußläufig ist ein großer Supermarkt zu erreichen und in ca. 20 min. ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Sehr positiv fanden wir den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Leider hat die vorhandene Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und es gab kein Geschirrtuch. Man kann zwar vor dem Haus sitzen, aber die Lage an der Straße lädt nicht wirklich dazu ein.
