Pobyt w Sunyata Shala Guest House oceniam ogólnie jako dobry z plusem. Dużym atutem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Pescara – blisko starego centrum oraz dworca autobusowego i kolejowego. Mieszkanie jest nowocześnie urządzone i świeżo wyremontowane, a główne łóżko bardzo wygodne. W środku panuje cisza i jest ciepło, co sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Na ulicy znajduje się miejsce parkingowe do krótkiego postoju, co ułatwia wypakowanie bagaży.
Niektóre kwestie organizacyjne i detale pozostawiają niedosyt – drobnym nakładem można by je znacząco poprawić. Rozczarowująca jest dodatkowa opłata 20 € za zameldowanie poza wyznaczonymi godzinami, zwłaszcza że odbiór kluczy odbywa się zdalnie – sprawia to wrażenie nieuzasadnionego kosztu. Dwa mniejsze łóżka są niewygodne (jedno bardzo twarde, drugie to skrzypiący materac dmuchany (wystarczyło by pod niego podłożyć materiał)). Wyposażenie kuchni jest ograniczone – brakuje noża, garnka (być może gospodarz z czasem uzupełni, bo mieszkanie wygląda na dopiero co wyremontowane) . Informacyjnie - na ulicy obowiązuje zakaz postoju po obu stronach (pomimo zaznaczonego na drodze miejsca parkingowego), więc na dłuższe parkowanie trzeba szukać miejsca w okolicy.
