The communication with Chiara was amazing. Whenever we had a question she answered within minutes and solved all of the issues. The apartment is located in the very center of Pescara, right next to the main street, with shops, restaurants and bars. It’s close everywhere. You cannot hear the noise from the street in the apartment though so don’t worry. The room itself was super comfortable and clean - everything you may need during a short stay in the city. Chiara was kind enough to let us stay in the room until 6pm (normally check out is at 11am) since our flight back was in the evening.

Excelent property. Very clean and you can find everything you need during your stay. Extremly convenient as it is about 10 minutes from train staition and 10 minutes from the beach just in front of main pedestrian street. Many restaurants, bars and shops. I was afraid it will be noisy at the flat is right in front of night life places but windows are just perfect and we heared nothing.
Great value for good price!
It’s just a recomendation: to get some proper wine glasses as I can not imagine a trip to Italy without some wine while sitting in the balcony ☺️
