Lovely location, felt like a home from home. Fell in love with the place! Will definitely be going back ☺️

Very small

Very well located apartment, close to the main strip and lovely beaches, restaurants etc. The pool area is really nice with loads of comfy loungers available all day long. The unheated pool it self however has to be the coldest we’ve ever been in. The balcony is a lovely area over looking the pool and view to the sea and Fuerteventura in the distance. The apartment is very well equipped with all mod cons and great for a week or two particularly if cooking “at home”. No air con but the fan provided was grand but may not be good enough for hottest months.

While the apartment is ok and grand for a week or two it really is quite shabby and needs a deep deep clean to say the least. One person here commented it was newly done up… this is not the case!! It was probably done up a few years ago by what looks like “John Wayne’s” great grandchildren!! Never seen such botch up work in these modern times. The toilet for example sits about 100mm out from the wall so if something falls behind it one has to fish around to find it. The front door and balcony door locks are really bad and again somebody else commented on that so was surprised to see them not fixed yet. The apartment was re modelled I think and it’s a kinda mish mash of a design. There’s a sliding door to the shower room beside the kitchen hob so when the door is open the actual toilet is only about 3’ from it. The utility room is then through another door in the shower room. It was great to have a washing machine it must be said. The tv is so high up on the wall one has to lie down on the couch to watch it without getting a neck injury. We moved the couch in order to watch the tv as it was facing the kitchen for some reason. Under the couch was never cleaned, sweets, hair, fluff etc. When we arrived there was a cigarette butt on the stairs to the apartment. It was there for 3 days before someone swept it off. I know that it’s not the apartment owner’s job to sweep the outside areas but it wouldn’t have been a big deal to give the steps a quick brush down as it left a bad “first impression”. Saying all that is is a nice apartment and with a tiny bit more effort it could be great.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, everything you need is there for an enjoyable stay. The host was so lovely and accommodated us with an early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to do with the apartment, however a number of the other tenants whom I’m assuming are permanent had a bbq on the Sunday in the Gazebo area and they never cleaned up after. There was food stuck to the floor but worst of all there was broken glass which still hadn’t been cleaned up when we were leaving on Tuesday. No reflection on this beautiful apartment.
