Priyas Villa Vagamon by VOYE HOMES-Scenic Mountain View

We liked everything except the food part. Though breakfast was provided, it was a lean one and not continental which we expected for the price we paid. Of course it was a remote area and we were charged for lunch and dinner, which we thought would be compensated and not charged, as the breakfast was a very LEAN ONE and didn’t meet to a SUMPTUOUS ONE!! That’s all and had we known that, we would’ve taken our vehicle and gone to the town to have both a better lunch and dinner! Signing off, and bye!!

1. Exceptionally charming locale. 2. Ambience is very attractive. 3. Inhouse staff is very cooperative. 4. Tariff is reasonable.

1. Only GOOGLE pay is available in the property. Essential to have bank POS machine especially for foreign tourists. We had some difficulty initially on this front. 2. No toilet tissue rolls kept in wash rooms. 3. No waste basket in bathroom. Only one basket in the whole suite was available. 4. A shelf in the wardrobe was lying fallen. We ourselves kept it properly. Staff should inspect the property before arrival of guests and attend to all such maintenance issues. 5. No coffee sachets in the room. 6. Lift not working all through our stay period. 7. Internet WIFI was very weak. 8. Breakfast was OK, but could have been better with some fruits to top it. 9. Dinner also was very limited. 10. Housekeeping (room cleaning, making beds, replacing bath towels, etc.) should be done every day. This never was carried out voluntarily during our stay. We had to request for towels each day. 11. Water pressure is very less.

It was a perfect location with friendly care taker. I would recommend for family and the room sizes were too big and food was fine.

Only issue is with the smell inside the room could be due to weather and the cardboards were not cleaned properly.

I'll start with the good part, the host, Mr. Chebu was a very nice man, and tried to accommodate us as much as possible and arranged for us a jeep tour around Vagamon. Now for the bad part - the rooms in real life don't look at all like in the pictures. The room and the bathroom smelled all the time from humidity. The hot water flow was extremely weak, and there were insects and flies all over the property. The food overall was good, although its limited quantities for each two persons.
