We spent a beautiful 8 days in this location at the end of May 2025. The apartment is located in a newly built neighborhood in the vicinity of a park and close to a big mall (Coresi Mall). The access to the apartment was very easy. We received very clear instructions with the access codes to the building entrance and apartment door. The apartment is fully equipped with new and modern appliances, all in excellent working condition. There is a terrace big enough to fit 2 chairs and a table so you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea (both complimentary) and enjoy a nice view of the Tampa mountain. There is also a field in front of the building where we were surprised to spot a big wild rabbit. If you use a car to travel there is a parking spot allocated to your apartment. There is also the central train station located near by so if you travel by train is close enough to the station and far enough not to be bother by the trains. The building wright behind the one we were located in had a Carrefour Market store so you can quickly grab a bottle of water or some snacks. For a more complex shopping session the Coresi Mall near by has all the stores you need. Also, close by is a promenade running from one end to the another of the neighborhood filled with little shops, terraces and restaurants where you can have various choices of food and drinks. Brasov's historical center can be easily reached by foot (25-30 minutes walk) or use your preferred type of transportation. This was an excellent location to choose and we'll look it up again to book it next time we're in Brasov.
