Die Sauberkeit, einfach überragend.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Eine wunderschöne Farbauswahl der Möbel und Gegenstände.
Die Klimaanlage ist ein Wohlgenuss an heißen Tagen.
Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, sodass man barrierefrei nicht eine einzige Stufe steigen muss. Sehr viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hauseingang.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, schnell, freundlich und sehr zufriedenstellend.
Das ganze Viertel, in dem das Haus liegt, ist neu und äußerst ansprechend. Hat uns live und in Farbe noch viel besser gefallen als auf den Bildern.
Wir können absolut nichts Negatives über das Apartment sagen.
