The host replies fast.  The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.  New furniture. Free underground parking place.  Good location, Coresi Shopping City next to the building.

The apartment has no AC! The apartment gets really hot during the day because of the sun. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor so you can imagine that all the hot air goes upwards. I couldn't sleep as the temperature during the night was 30 degrees.  It was very dusty overall.  The lights in the bathroom are very dim. You can't see yourself in the mirror. I found a forgotten used women's razor with small hairs on it in the bathroom. Really gross! I found black long hair in the bed. I saw some dirt on the radiator, probably women's foundation marks transferred from the towel.  There was a white electrical cable put near the water mixer over the wah-basin in the kitchen. Safety first, yeah, right!  Check-out at 11am because "a cleaning agency comes to clean the flat". Maybe the cleaning agency personnel should buy glasses and throw away the forgotten razors and clean the dust better.
