Clean, new building. very close to Coresi, coffee shop and supermarket. It was very quite and friendly neighborhood. pleanty of parking spaces. the coffee shop, two building awas, has great bakeries and esspresso. very recommended for coffee lovers.
there was only one AC in the parents room, that was very week and took time to cool the room. I found the filters to be clogged, so I cleaned them in order to have some coolness. the other roon didn't have AC, so we had to leave the doors open to get some cool air to it. Suggest the owner consider installing another AC there.
