Very comfortable & well appointed. Perfect size for a couple. Great to have secure storage for bikes.
Not a problem in autumn but might need an electric blanket in winter

The washing machine and availability of a drying rack in the garage were a real bonus for us.
Just a few minimal things in the fridge like milk and butter, would be great.
