The place itself is like an extension to the host's house. Sqare footage is not huge but for our familly was perfect. The facility is super cute (awsome decors), very well kept and equipped. Super clean Located in very peaceful area (I was able to play football in the street in front of the house for over half an hour and durring that time even single car did't pass by). And the price we paid was reasonable. If I will come to Sarasota again this place is my preferred choice.
4 nights stay is not enough ;)

C’est le coup de cœur de notre séjour. Appartement très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût et avec de beaux tableaux. Il est refait depuis les photos. La chambre est tellement agréable. Les propriétaires sont adorables, nous avons partagés un moment très sympathique. Le quartier est calme avec une très jolie nature. On se réveille avec les écureuils.

Close to water and easy access to Sarasota or Bradenton. Tucked in quiet neighborhood. Would be prefect for long term stay with kitchenette, I only stayed two days and was solo so did not utilize.
Nothing!! It was perfect for me and my needs. Clean and convenient.
