It’s a compact but well designed and optimised, modern space. The apartment contains everything one might need for a short stay and is comfortable, well presented and very clean. The owner is helpful and friendly and not only shared some tips about the area but also checked how my stay was going. The apartment is in a very close distance to a tram stop taking to the centre and easy walking distance to the beaches.
The apartment is really nice, modern, clean and well-designed but the windows are to a parking and a road and the area a bit further is a bit sketchy and can be noisy at night-this is not the fault of the apartment per se or the owner, but of course has an impact on the overall feel.

Very minor but no windows so their being no fresh air, a water drainage sound throughout the night and being on a road you got noise but these are very minor issues
