The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, easy to reach, with great restaurants and coffee places nearby. It was very cozy, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully arranged, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. Michele was also very kind and helpful, and communication was excellent.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Everything was very good and the stay was comfortable from start to finish.

This is the perfect place to stay in Paris. It's surrounded by wonderful cafes and restaurants. It faces the street but there is no noise from outside on the street at night. It was super clean, communication with the hosts was great and easy (as was check in and out). I really appreciated the coffee, kettles and microwave.

While there was no noise from outside on the street at night, on my second night there, people upstairs on the floor above (not sure is tourists or residents) were so loud until after midnight and then again very early in the morning (I could hear everything - voices, chairs moving, etc).

Compleet uitgerust en van alles voorzien, heel fijn bed en badkamer met goede douche.

La posizione centralissima nel Marais. L’appartamento è tutto ristrutturato nuovo.

L’appartamento è al piano terra sulla strada con una porta di ingresso molto sottile. Sembra più un garage che un appartamento. È estremamente piccolo. Eravamo in tre e ci avevano detto che c’era un terzo letto a il divano letto è inutilizzabile è sfondato duro. Impossibile dormirci ma perfino sedercisi. Il bagno è talmente piccolo che se si fa la doccia si allaga il bagno. Se si usa il micro lavandino scomodissimo si bagna la carta igienica posizionata con il porta rotolo lì sotto. Nell’appartamento c’è un unico grande bidone della spazzatura senza raccolta differenziata e il bidone è rotto. L’appartamento oltre ad essere molto piccolo è anche molto rumoroso sia dall’esterno che dal piano di sopra. Non si può vedere attraverso le finestre perché sono opacizzate visto che è sulla strada e a piano terra. Sembra un piccolo garage riqualificato in appartamento.
