L'emplacement, l'eau chaude sans aucun problème, la taille des pièces, la luminosité, la machine à café.
Le fait qu'étant seul, la grande chambre n'était pas ouverte et je me suis retrouvé dans un des deux petits lits dans le salon. Même si le salon était très vaste et le lit confortable, j'ai trouvé cela très moyen.

La ubicación era muy buena, tiene acceso a lugares de comida, al metro, tranvía y taxis..
El lugar no tiene aire acondicionado, esto es terrible para dormir debido al verano tan caliente, la opción era abrir las ventanas del cuarto y esto hacía que no se pudiera dormir por el ruido en la calle durante toda la noche.

El piso esta bien, es antiguo pero muy comodo. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy luminosas, la cocina es muy bonita, y tenia de todo. La anfitriona te deja cafes infusiones y un cesto con bolleria. La dueña muy ameble en todo momento y aunque solo habla inglés (yo no) nos entendimos a la perfección.La ubicación del piso esta muy bien, bastante cerca del centro. En la misma calle hay parada de bus y metro para moverte con facilidad.
La unica pega que le pondria seria que no hay toalla grande de ducha, si te deja dos toallas pero mucho mas pequeñas.

Good location, secure property and building.
The furniture and layout. Half the furniture is useless and serves no purpose at all. It just occupied space. No cupboards near where the beds are for clothes. Nowhere to hang clothes. Two ridiculous narrow small cots!!
