La ubicación cercana a la playa pero lejos del centro de Valencia. siendo los trayectos de autobuses algo largos pero con paradas cercanas al alojamiento La persona de contacto muy amable y te da todas las instrucciones necesarias y recomendaciones . Fácil acceso de entrada , muy útil la aplicación. Vimos muy bien el eclipse en la playa .
En las fotos parece que es más largo ( grande) el apartamento pero luego no es así pero para pasar unos días en los que nosotros estábamos durante el día fuera visitando cosas ,nos ha servido muy bien. En mi opinión he visto poco menaje de cocina y sobre todo solo había un paño de cocina y poca ventilación para secar ropa .. Bonita playa de ka Malvarosa pero de aguas calientes

La casa è ben arredata e gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene. La posizione è ottima per andare al mare a piedi e ben collegata a qualunque zona della città prendendo uno o al massimo due autobus. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.
L'unica piccola pecca è il letto un po' duro per via del tipo di materasso. Magari però a qualcun altro può piacere.

La proximité avec la plage La propreté, l'équipement au top. Agencement rectiligne original de la chambre Hôte très sympathique et de bons conseils
L'insonorisation (la chambre donne directement sur la rue et on entends tout : passants/voitures) malgré les bouchons d'oreilles fournis par la chambre pour dormir
