Clean
Customer service poor from the staff. Staff leave the premises in the afternoon without information on what to do when you need help or assistance, you are left with other guests who make noise during the night.The pool not too clean.

Clean and friendly.
One of the guests had a whole group of friends over (they left in four cars around 22:30 so not sure how many they were) who were not staying at the guest house. They were very intoxicated and loud and took over the entire public space. That meant we had to stay in our rooms and had takeaway dinner in our beds. This was clearly against the rules of the guest house but was allowed by the management.
