    The hotel is new and centrally located no doubt. Room is spacious and clean. Check in and check out very slow!! Strictly check in at 3 only no flexibility. Breakfast is bad.. like 3 star hotel breakfast.

    The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, with spacious rooms, cosy beds and well-maintained bathrooms. I particularly like the thoughtful concept of having a small pantry/kitchen in each room, which adds convenience and makes the stay even more comfortable. However, there are a few minor areas that could be improved, particularly the variety of food options and the overall taste. During breakfast, I would say that the prawn mee and the fried rice with chicken rendang were particularly delicious. Fruit options: Excellent, with a good variety of choices. Cakes: Delicious and enjoyable. Porridge: Lacked flavour and could be improved. Egg Station: The eggs would taste better if the chef added a little salt and pepper while cooking, rather than leaving guests to season them themselves while eating. Dumplings: Most of the dumplings were good, although the green-coloured ones were slightly dry. When the dumplings ran out, quite a number of guests were waiting for them to be replenished. However, it took a while for the staff to top them up, and a larger quantity was only added towards the end of the breakfast period, around 20 minutes before 10.30 a.m. It would be better if the dumplings could be replenished more promptly to meet the demands. Tom Yum Soup: A few Chinese guests I spoke to during breakfast mentioned that the Tom Yum soup served the previous day was not very tasty and could be improved in terms of flavour. Suggestions: 1)The management could consider adding a live Char Kuey Teow station to provide guests with a more enjoyable and memorable dining experience. 2)It would also be great to have a wider variety of tea options, such as kaw kaw Teh Tarik and masala tea for guests to enjoy, rather than having guests prepare it themselves using the tea sachets provided.

    The location is perfect and the facilities, including breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, and transport options, are top-notch. Cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and housekeeping did a great job. Staff were generally helpful, contributing to a pleasant experience. Overall, it's a great value for money option with very few downsides.

    Had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for the lovely honeymoon decorations and the little cake — such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Highly recommended!
