Clean, modern penthouse. Master bedroom is good but 2nd bedroom is really best for a small child. Very small room. Not much furniture to set things on, like suitcases etc. Not much of a living room area, furniture is uncomfortable and small, no dining table although there is a really nice bar in kitchen with 4 bar stools. Has a really nice, big deck area off the kitchen. The property has really nice amenities, pool, excercise room, etc. although we did not use them. The lobby was very nice with a lot of seating to gather with friends. Security was excellent, use an app on your phone to enter the building and the penthouse.

The apartment was beautiful and so conveniently located. We were visiting Richmond to look at colleges, and we were able to use the apartment as a launchpad to get to UVA, U of Richmond, and William and Mary. Everything was perfect.
