Great property and host. The check in was smooth and easy. The home is in a very convenient location with nice streets for walking and the backyard with a fence is really nice for anyone with dogs. We had a great stay!

Cute place close to VCU. Made graduation events close. Coffee maker and shower may require an engineering degree. Look out for the poison ivy in the back parking area. Morning coffee in the back yard was pleasant and bug free.

Overall, the unit was very clean and a convenient short walk to the trail system which we were looking for. The neighborhood around was a little scary to walk through, recommended walking with someone. A box fan or oscillating fan would have been nice to have, to help drowned out the street noise, birds and people upstairs, especially for the guest room that is at the front of the house. Also, the coffeemaker is a very nice expensive one, but is useless if it doesn’t function properly and your left cleaning up the mess from the brew basket overflowing, replace it or leave instructions on how to use it (was told it had happened before, when I mentioned what had happened ). Lastly, the towel rack and toilet paper holder are not secured well to the wall, was unusable and same was about to happen with the toilet paper holder..…
