The outdoor space features a patio with a wood-fired hot tub. Additional seating and a barbecue offer delightful options for al fresco dining. Guests can explore the shared landscaped grounds, including a large pond and nature walk.

The market town of Driffield is in close proximity, while the Yorkshire Wolds beckon with opportunities for walking and cycling. A short drive leads to the golden beaches of Bridlington and Filey, as well as the captivating sights of Flamborough Head and RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Lovely place, very comfortable. Would stay there again, only things to help make it better would be hangers outside for towels when in the hot tub and some way of turning radiator on in bathroom (like a boost button) as when you have wet clothing there is nowhere to dry things. Also dog friendly which is great but would be nice if there was somewhere to walk them around the fields.

We had a lovely stay at The Stables. A stunning barn conversion, finished to an incredibly high standard. Very spacious and had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. We loved the hot tub that was ready for us on arrival and we enjoyed watching the alpacas from the bedroom window.A very friendly host with obvious attention to detail to ensure guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We were very thankful for the welcome hamper of locally sourced goodies and our dog enjoyed his treats and blankets too! Set a good distance away from the main farm house as part of 3 barn conversions. Wonderful views of the lake & wild flowers growing around it. Very dog friendly but no enclosed garden. This wasn't really a problem for us though and we had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
