Tucked in the historic Mitchelville section of Hilton Head, Spinner's End welcomes up to 18 guests and their furry friends too, with a fenced backyard oasis featuring a pool slide and fire pit, plus a cinema room and garage ping pong table for entertainment when the group heads indoors. Whether you're planning a multi-family reunion or a milestone celebration, this home creates the setting for unforgettable island memories.
Inside, three levels of thoughtfully designed living space give every guest room to spread out and connect. The ground floor family room opens straight onto the pool deck, while the first floor living room offers a bright, indoor outdoor feel with a Smart TV and deck access overlooking the ocean. Upstairs, the second floor cinema room with an extra large TV is the perfect spot for movie nights or a rainy afternoon with the kids. The chef's kitchen, with its six burner gas range and double oven, makes cooking for a crowd feel effortless, and with seating at the island, dining tables, and porch, there's room for the whole group to gather over a meal.
Spinner's End offers six thoughtfully appointed bedrooms spread across three floors, giving every group plenty of privacy and space to spread out. On the first floor, the primary suite is a true retreat, with a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck access, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity.
The second floor holds three more bedrooms. One king en-suite offers its own bathroom with a tub and shower combo, while a queen en-suite down the hall enjoys access to the upper deck's ocean views along with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room, outfitted with two custom full over queen beds, is perfect for the kids of the family, and shares a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo with the cinema room's two queen sleeper sofas, making it easy for the youngest guests and extra sleepers to settle in nearby.
Down on the ground floor, two queen guest rooms sit side by side, sharing a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower between them. One of these rooms offers direct access to the pool deck, ideal for guests who want to be first out the door for a morning swim. Everything went well with two minor issues. First, one family arrived in an Rv. We were told that was against the HOA rules so we moved it. The biggest issue was the elevator which we needed for my 92 year old MIL. The elevator first worked intermittently and then not at all. Someone came out to look and said they would call the elevator company. No one arrived. The stairs were very precarious for her and a safety issueFinally the trash cans were totally full when we arrived. That was a problem The place itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
