About this house rental
A privately owned resort featuring a vacation home, managed to German standards, is a rare find in Cauayan City. We offer simple yet luxurious accommodations in a quiet location, just 5 minutes from Cauayan Airport (free shuttle service). In 10 minutes, you’ll be in the city center, where you’ll find a shopping mall, restaurants, banks, a bus station, a casino, and much more.
We also speak German.
Here, you and your friends will have complete privacy as our only guests.
The accommodation:
The guesthouse has 2 rooms. Room 1 has a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a mattress on the floor, while Room 2 has 6 bunk beds.
Room 1 can accommodate 2–4 people.
Room 2 can accommodate 6 people.
We use high-quality mattresses and sheets for optimal comfort. Both rooms have split-system air conditioning, and the curtains block out all light to ensure everyone gets a restful night’s sleep. There’s a table and chair in the room to serve as a workspace, as well as a sofa and a personal clothes rack for your belongings. YouTube and Netflix are also available on our smart TV. A refrigerator, coffee, tea, and a kettle are also provided.
The bathroom and toilet are spacious and functional, fully equipped with a hot and cold shower, towels, a bidet, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We also provide an eco-friendly dental kit for every guest.
The Fun Pool:
The swimming pool is conveniently located right in front of the guesthouse; the area is peaceful and quiet, you can even listen to the birds singing in the morning, and the crystal-clear water is perfectly warmed by the summer sun. The water depth ranges from 30 cm to 150 cm—just the right depth for everyone. It features a whirlpool for a relaxing underwater massage, a rotating umbrella in the center of the pool, a two-seater under the waterfall, a life-size dolphin with a water spout, an action-packed, fast slide, and at night, the pool can be illuminated in various colors.
Other amenities for our guests:
You can use all shared outdoor areas on the property, including the dining area, guest kitchen, grill, and pool.
We also have a large event hall that can accommodate up to 50 guests.
The only restricted areas are the main house and those marked as such.
You have access to the open kitchen with cooking facilities. There is a free gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, as well as utensils and high-quality filtered drinking water. We have almost everything. You can cook your own meals or have food delivered via a delivery service.
For an additional fee, we offer a hearty German and/or Filipino breakfast.
You can also play mini-golf for free, jump on our large trampoline, and watch your children play in the sandbox.
We’ll also organize one-day or multi-day excursions for you to the coast and/or to the most popular attractions and natural wonders on the main island of Luzon.
