    We had a wonderful stay over the weekend as we prepare for a wedding! Staffs are very accommodating, we needed assistance on an earlier time but the room service starts at 10am. Hoping they can improve on this.

    One of the best stays in Cauayan. We ran into a minor issue at check-in with the receptionist. While she apologized, it was frustrating that the booking wasn't double-checked first. We also noticed ants near the coffee station in our room that kept returning despite our attempts to clean the area. The gym was too small, but the pool made up for it—it felt exclusive and was very enjoyable. In the cafe, most employees were friendly, though one staff member was noticeably rude and dismissive. Highlights were definitely the soft bedding, the pool, and the fantastic breakfast buffet served by great staff. Overall, a solid choice in Cauayan.

    A very satisfying stay overall, with excellent value for money and a convenient location. The property was clean and well maintained, the facilities met expectations, and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. Everything came together smoothly, making this an easy place to feel comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay.

    I came back to this hotel because my first experience was a blast and everything was exceptional. This time around, two years later, the cleanliness and attention to detail (smell and in plain view) were off-putting. I am currently staying here, I will request for some adjustment with staff and will come back for an update.
